Jessica Chasse (she/her)

Jessica grew up in New Jersey but after attending the University of Connecticut she fell in love with New England. After graduating from UConn in 2005 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in English literature she started working for Boston Children's Hospital as the orthopedic research department Grant Manager. While working she went back to school for a Master's Degree in Finance Management through the Harvard University Extension Program. She finished the program in 2015 while working as a stay-at-home mom.

Jessica and her family landed in Windham in 2022. She feels so fortunate to live in such a wonderful town and to have found a place to call home. She is excited to work with the DEI to give back to the community.

Katreena Callahan (they/them)

Katreena grew up in Manchester in a single parent household.  Fae graduated from Sant Bani School, a school attached to the Hindu Sant Bani Ashram. Faer favorite class was Comparative Religions, a course that looked at what was the same across all the major religions in the world and where they could find common ground.

Fae had a couple failed attempts at attending college; undiagnosed and thus unsupported autism made the transition too much for faer to handle.  Some time was spent working on stability with the help of the public mental health system, which turned out to need a fair amount of stability to be able to navigate it in the first place.  Fae stumbled into working at CVS, and found fae really enjoyed working as a pharmacy tech. Fae earned faer national accreditation as a CPhT in 2003, shortly before starting to work in hospital pharmacy.

Katreena and faer husband moved to Las Vegas in 2007, then back home to New England as soon as was possible, which turned out to be 2016.  In those years in Vegas, fae became a parent to two amazing kids, who are neurodivergent and queer and have struggled integrating into a society which is not always so affirming of either of those things.  That led to faer having an epiphany about access and inclusion, which helped faer expand faer mindset from the issues fae had personally faced to seeing the stories of varied peoples and wanting to fight for equity and inclusion for everyone.

Kat now works as a guide for Prenda.  Faer focus is working with primarily neurodivergent students, helping them achieve academically, with the understanding that academic achievement is impossible without emotional regulation.  It is a career fae had never considered but find deeply rewarding.
